J.K. Olivieri Insurance Agency, with offices located at 530 Forest Ave. Brockton, MA 02301 and 71 Main St. Lakeville, MA 02347 and being one of over 2,000 local independent agencies in Massachusetts has earned the highly prestigious 5 Star Agency designation which distinguishes the agency as being one of the best at providing superior knowledge, service and value by doing the right thing all the time.  "The Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents (MAIA) is very pleased to present its fifth 5 Star Award to the J.K. Olivieri Insurance Agency," said Francis A. Mancini, Esq., Executive Vice President of MAIA.  "Under the direction of the Olivieri family, J.K. Over a two day period, the entire staff of insurance professionals at Olivieri Insurance participated in a rigorous agency fitness review.  By gathering information from individual interviews, the agency's approach, implementation and results of such were measured against a set of demanding criteria and then given a rating.  Olivieri Insurance was awarded the 5 Star designation by scoring well in every area.  "The awarding of the 5 Star Agency designation simply confirms J.K. Olivieri Insurance's high quality operation," said Mancini.

The 5 Star Agency designation program, sponsored by MAIA, is a fitness system designed to assist independent agencies in their endeavor to achieve a level of distinction in total quality service.  The program focuses on five key agency areas: Customer Focus, Management Leadership Excellence, Human Resource Excellence, Process Excellence and Product/Service Excellence.

The agency is only one of five agencies statewide to have received this designation.
